Ser\u00e1 obligatoria para todas las empresas en 2027, con el siguiente calendario de implantaci\u00f3n:\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:list -->\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul><!-- wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li><b>1 de febrero de 2026:<\/b> Obligatorio para los grandes contribuyentes (aquellos cuyas ventas en 2024 superen los 200 millones de PLN);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li><b>1 de abril de 2026:<\/b> Obligatorio para todos los dem\u00e1s sujetos pasivos del IVA;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li><b>1 de enero de 2027:<\/b> Incluye las microempresas (para facturas \u2264 450 PLN y ventas inferiores a 10.000 PLN al mes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- \/wp:list --><!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el SAF-T de Polonia (JPK)?<\/b><\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\nEn Polonia, el <a href=\"https:\/\/code10it.com\/es\/saf-t-polonia-jpk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">formato electr\u00f3nico obligatorio para el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales<\/a> (Standard Audit File for Tax o SAF-T) recibe el nombre de Jednolity Plik Kontrolny (JPK). En uso desde 2016, cuenta con una nueva fase de implantaci\u00f3n a partir de enero de 2025. SAF-T proporciona datos estructurados por periodos a las autoridades fiscales, lo que facilita el an\u00e1lisis de los registros contables y fiscales.\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2><b>\u00bfC\u00f3mo implantar KSeF y SAF-T (JPK) en Polonia?<\/b><\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\nGovernment\u2019s requirements change and companies must be prepared to quickly adapt to new obligations. In Poland, there is a new draft version of the logical structure FA(3) of KSeF, which will replace the current logical structure FA(2) from February 1, 2026.\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\nTo make sure that SAP systems are integrated and compliant to KSeF and SAF-T, organisations can use either SAP-owned solutions (add-ons) or customised solutions. They can also develop their own solutions, which tends to be more costly and time-consuming, or to use external middleware to connect SAP to KSeF.\n\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n\nCode10 has extensive experience with the implementation of e-invoicing and tax reporting solutions within SAP for companies in Europe, South America and around the world.
