Los PDF ya no se considerar\u00e1n un documento legal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los datos adicionales obligatorios deben enviarse con la factura<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-new-b2b-mandate-in-france-what-changes-for-companies\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>El nuevo mandato B2B en Francia: Qu\u00e9 cambia para las empresas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Francia ya ha introducido un mandato B2G para reducir el fraude fiscal, modernizar los procesos y mejorar el cumplimiento del IVA. Ahora, est\u00e1 introduciendo gradualmente nuevas obligaciones para las empresas, estableciendo mandatos B2B para garantizar la plena trazabilidad de las transacciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El mandato B2G funciona a trav\u00e9s de Chorus Pro, que act\u00faa como plataforma centralizada. Para las transacciones B2B, las empresas pueden optar por Chorus Pro, o elegir una plataforma privada homologada (PA, Plateforme Agr\u00e9\u00e9e, antes conocida como PDP - Plateforme de D\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation Partenaire).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las empresas estar\u00e1n obligadas a intercambiar electr\u00f3nicamente sus facturas nacionales B2B a trav\u00e9s de una plataforma PA, y a notificarlas al Portal P\u00fablico de Facturaci\u00f3n (PPF) en un plazo de 24 horas a partir de la emisi\u00f3n de la factura. En cuanto a la notificaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, las facturas transfronterizas tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n enviarse al PPF a trav\u00e9s de un archivo de notificaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colaboramos con <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/code10it.com\/es\/facturacion-electronica-en-sap-code10-ecosio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ecosio<\/a><\/strong>, proveedor de servicios homologado por las autoridades francesas como AP, para ofrecer un flujo directo de facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica e informaci\u00f3n fiscal, asegur\u00e1ndose de que se cumplen todas las obligaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"h-new-penalties-for-non-compliance-with-france-s-einvoicing-b2b-mandate\"><strong>Nuevas sanciones por incumplimiento del mandato franc\u00e9s de facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica B2B<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las empresas se enfrentar\u00e1n a distintos tipos de sanciones cuando incumplan los nuevos requisitos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 euros por factura si no se cumplen las obligaciones (obligaciones de emisi\u00f3n) - tambi\u00e9n puede aplicarse a la AP si no transmite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 euros cuando el sujeto pasivo no transmite los datos de la transacci\u00f3n y el pago<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100.000 euros (sanci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima) por no transmitir las plataformas los datos de las transacciones y los pagos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-penalties-starting-in-september-2026\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Sanciones a partir de septiembre de 2026:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 euros de multa si el sujeto pasivo no elige un AP (puede repetirse cada 3 meses)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.000 euros a falta de regularizaci\u00f3n (tambi\u00e9n puede repetirse cada 3 meses)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde febrero y hasta agosto, las empresas pueden entrar en una fase piloto voluntaria del mandato de facturaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de Francia.
