“Partners’ Solutions for Verifactu?” Under this title, AUSAPE -the largest association of SAP clients and partners in Spain- brought together experts from the sector on February 14th. The session featured speakers from SAP, CODE10, BRAIT, MAROSA, AVVALE, SEIDOR and AMYPRO. Organised by AUSAPE Financial Group, the session revolved around the new Veri*factu legal regulations that will enter Spain in the coming months and the solutions that AUSAPE’s partners offer to their clients. VERIFACTU is the electronic invoice verification system promoted by the Spanish Tax Agency that aims to fight tax fraud and promote digitalization in business accounting processes.
Ana Shopovski, Code10’s Manager Partner and eCompliance Product Owner, was one of the experts invited to talk in the webinar. Her presentation focused on Code10’s own products that comply with the VERI*FACTU legislation from SAP and non-SAP systems. Ana explained the solutions developed by Code10 for the implementation of Verifactu in companies: “We at Code10 – she said- have applied all the knowledge and experience that we have acquired over the years from implementing both SAP Standard and SAP custom solutions for electronic invoicing, all over the world”. Ana added that “Code10 has developed an SAP add-on with a connector that communicates with the tax agency in order to send invoices in real time, complying with all legal requirements”. Ana also spoke about Verifactu from a non-SAP system: “Billivo is an easy and economical Code10 solution that enables the issuance of invoices in compliance with Verifactu regulations,” she concluded.
The experts explored the new regulatory framework, identified how it affects the attendees, and guided them on how to prepare their systems in order to be Verifactu compliant without affecting the business.
